Christine is wonferful. Very efficient and patient. There are 4 of us getting our taxes done.

Submitted my tax info without sitting down and talking to me. After I said “I will like to sit down and discuss my taxes and write offs”. They just proceeded to file them and then when they call me they say they finished it. Will never use them again.

Such great service from Alyssa. She is so detailed, friendly, and professional. I love that my taxes are put in such nice order and the details of any credits I'm eligible for are listed right on the front in such detail. Taxes suck, but having someone take care such care of you makes it a great experience.

I’ve been using H&R Block for years but this was my first time at the Grimsby location. Judy Fraser was amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable, kind, fast and efficient. She took the time to explain what she was doing, and exactly where my refund was coming from. I will most definitely be back next year to work with her again!

I have been using H&R Block for a few years now. I have nothing but good things to say about them. All of the staff is always warm and welcoming. I am especially grateful for Christine who is very helpful and really knows her stuff. She explains everything well each time and it's always a happy experience doing my taxes with her. Can't wait to see her again next year.:)..I highly recommended H&R Block Grimsby, and especially my tax expert Christine.
