I was really disappointed with the customer service at this store. I had ordered an item online that they refused to refund, claiming it was a final sale, even though nowhere on my app or on the online receipt did it say that. They told me to contact customer service, which I agreed to do. While in store, I wanted to pick up a few other items that I had already checked online for availability at this location. When I showed this to the manager, "Vaneira", she barely looked and kept rushing me, saying maybe it’s new stock and not on the floor yet, and that I could just order online. After looking around myself, I found the exact same items she said weren’t in stock right there on the shelves. It was clear she didn’t care to help and lacked basic professionalism. The attitude and lack of effort were unacceptable, especially from a manager. Never going back. This store really needs management with better leadership and customer service skills.
View on GoogleI haven’t been in this store for a while and now I know why. Every time I go in I am always extremely disappointed in the customer service that this store provides. When you ask for help it’s like you are bothering them.. everyone is always “so busy” and no one seems to ever be free to help. The store is also always a mess, unorganized, and racks are soooo full you can’t shop them properly. I will not be back to h and m and would rather go to American eagle where they have amazing customer service, return policy and they actually can order things online for you. Very disappointing

View on GoogleWe had a very disappointing experience at H&M. We tried to return an item we bought just last week using Apple Pay, but the staff refused the return. They claimed the Apple Pay on his phone didn’t match what was in their system—even though we used the same phone, same card, and the transaction clearly shows in our online banking. Two employees insisted it was a “different Apple Pay” and kept shutting us down, offering only a gift card instead of a proper return. It felt like they were ganging up on us and dismissing us without actually helping or explaining anything properly. How could it be a different Apple Pay if we used the same card and the same phone to tap? We’re very disappointed because we didn’t like the item, and now we’re forced to keep a gift card and spend money at a store we don’t even want to shop at anymore—just because they wouldn’t accept a valid return.
View on GoogleWow, just wow. I've never faced a rude manager at any clothing store in my life, so it surely was an experience! The manager and her associate would not allow me to return my online purchase which arrived just a few days prior, all with tags, still bags for it, just didn't fit. The online politicy says "Returns in-store are always free!" (With one exception of cosmetics I believe ?) and I've never had any issues with any returns prior. The manager even said that because I was able to return it in the past, which was an exception made for me (whaaat?) That's also the reason why I can not return anything. I felt like I was under attack by two bullying teenagers in the blocks that were feeding of each other. They kept pointing at the sign that was always there saying no returns on final sale items, old news. Online stuff is almost always on some type of sale though! She goes, if you dont like it, call customer service now. Right, I'm with a 3 year old coming for a quick return, not an argument and hanging on a phone to make a point. So yes, I was bullied by two adults at a clothing store :) even if it was the new policy that changed within the last few weeks, there are ways to communicate it respectfully. I'll never step back in here
