The telephone at the Niagara Falls store is never answered. I am a senior and would appreciate knowing the article I am interested in buying is there before I venture out. Very frustrating!

I am a little biased on this review. I love the hallmark ornaments and this store has a nice selection of them. The store is quite large. Has a big card selection, special occasion items and of course, the ornaments. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend for all your greeting card needs as well as special occasions.

While there were many options for cards, I experienced such terrible service. The lady attending us had a nasty attitude, talked down to us like we did not know anything when trying to pay after I explained i only had American dollars to pay, and if that was acceptable. Then, when we asked a simple question on what Elmbows Up meant, she became passive-aggressive with us instead of being able to have a conversation with us and explain what Elbows Up meant. Then she started to blame us for our president as if we voted for him. She looked and acted like a Karen.
