I have had nothing less than stellar service from the receptionist to the services provided. They are some of the kindest and most interactive professionals anywhere. Dunnville has been blessed to have this group of professionals in our community and Health Care Compass. Thank you all of you for all you have done for me

Receptionist is ignorant, miserable abd lacks any sort if care for patients. They have no idea how to relay information to patiebts They do not answer faxs for proper medication refil. Ot takes weeks to get an appointment, your always told to go to the hospital and wait 12-24 house Do not recommend!!

Monday morning I couldn’t remember what time my appointment was started phoning at 8:30 AM was in Guelph. Ontario drove all the way to Dunnville got to the office at 10:45 still on hold both secretaries sitting there not on the phone. I asked them why they said they’re busy that’s your healthcare right there.

45 minute wait day of appointment. Finally walked out. Then got told I’m not welcome back with my attitude!! This is yet another example of ohip being fleeced. Doctors only interested in over booking so they can collect their fees with NO REGARD FOR THE WELL BEING OF THEIR PATIENTS.

Really disappointed in this place so far. I needed a form filled out for my work leave and when I finally got to see my doctor he wasn’t even there. It took almost 3 weeks (an extension given by Acclaim) and the girl that was covering didn’t even want to fill out my form. She agreed to fill it out for 2 weeks and told me to come back again without giving me an appointment. I was told that they were fully booked (not my problem) and it took 7 days to hear back. They asked me to email in a new form which I said I refuse to pay for again, and they agreed to have it back to me the following day. I told acclaim this- and never received it. Not even an email saying why so I waited all day for nothing. “Will return your call in 24-48 hours” is not accurate even on every single week day. So disregard this and call back anyways until someone answers you. Update: dr ezzat’s receptionist finally speaks to me Wednesday (my form was due last Friday). She says “so are you back at work?” I said “no? Didn’t you receive my messages? She LAUGHS and says “okay” and changes the subject. I said “wow how rude” and she then tells me I AM THE ONE being rude here. I said that my form was due Friday and YOU told me I’d receive it Friday. She said “the doctor wasn’t in” so I asked why I didn’t receive some sort of notice as I waited all day. Again she LAUGHS and says “okay”. Based on other reviews I can see this is normal there. How this girl is still employed I will never know. Apparently if you’re part of a doctors office you can speak down to people and it’s funny. DO NOT even bother.
