Absolutely garbage products for top dollar. I truly regret getting my eyeglasses from them. After so many minor issues with a pair of eyeglasses like stiff hinges, springs, and temples the temple has stuck and is not retracting anymore. I am tired of going back so many times to their store to fix this. I would give 0 star rating to this if I could do.

Nav made my experience at Hakim so easy and enjoyable. She was so personable and I would recommend her to anyone!! So patient, and took her time to make sure I had the proper frames that matched to my prescription, while still having a fun variety to select from. Will definitely be back to see new inventory

Nav and Rochelle are a superheroes. Nav fixed my frames when I had no hope. Rochelle spent the time filtering out five frames. “Call a friend” was super helpful. Excellent customer service. Gunmetal frames and polarized sports shades.

Was very pleased to say that I got a lot of answers about a PROPER prescription for my glasses. The eye exam was taken into care and consideration with the fact that I have an auditory processing disorder, the time was taken by the team to fully explain everything to me. I was very happy with the testing and we were able to find root cause of my issues with my vision. I wasn’t planning on getting new frames from this location but I definitely might now. I will say for the quality of care you receive from the optometrist it’s worth the money for the eye exam! They don’t bill direct to insurance but most companies don’t for glasses, however they will 10000% give you a receipt. Thank you so much!

Great customers service. Received my glasses fast, ended up getting two pairs for the price of one anywhere else. Needed some repair work from breaking them when I fell asleep with them on, it was done on the spot and under warranty. Affordable glasses, great customer service. Remember when it comes to any product, quality is usually price dependant.
