Extremely upset with the fact that I have driven over 45 minutes (one way) on 3 separate occasions to come to purchase things and each time there has been a sign on the door saying that they aren't open, when online it said they were open. I have tried to call to find times to come and the google page has said they were open each time I had tried to go. I went on different days of the week in hopes that it was a one off. Please update your google page or find a different way to allow for customers to understand when you would ACTUALLY be open. At this rate, Ive given up trying to come to purchase things here.

Was recommended by a friend & coworker to have my scissors sharpened here. They replied to my emails quickly, which was great. The scissors took slightly longer than expected but it was during Covid19 and I 100% understand. They even apologized for the delay and included a few gifts when I returned to pick them up curbside. I am always willing to wait for quality and I am very very happy with the results. I cant wait until they reopen and I'm able to experience the physical store as well.

Great service by all of the staff - they were very accommodating. There was so much product to choose from and knowledgeable staff! I purchased two boxes of extensions for a great price :) Can't think of a better place!
