View on GoogleI have been coming to this salon for 10+ years, but after my experience last week, I will never be going back. I had a colour service that left me feeling upset and embarrassed, so I reached out via email with pictures to the owner. I then received calls from the salon from two different ladies, so i again expressed my concern because Vince had "no idea what i was talking about" after emailing back and forth with him. I also received a follow up email asking how my appointment went when i never even went for an appointment. After the call multiple employees assured me I could get a refund, which made me feel like my issue was being taken seriously. But when I went in to discuss it, the owner insisted that nothing was wrong with my hair and completely dismissed everything I was saying. He kept talking over me when I tried to explain how unhappy I was, making me feel belittled and unimportant. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I left, one of the staff members smirked and said “bye” in a sarcastic tone—completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but clearly, this place no longer values their clients. I left feeling worse than before, and I’m deeply disappointed that they treated a long-time customer this way. I would highly recommend going somewhere else where they actually care about customer satisfaction.
