Hair Alive

I come here with my three young boys and I love it. They look forward to Sam cutting their hair and are always asking to go! Perfect cut every time. Highly recommend.

Brought my daughter in for a trim. She’s got weird hair. It’s wavy and the wave pattern changes when her hair is washed. Looked good when we left. After it was washed and dried, it was super uneven. I called the salon and Sam said no problem. Bring her back. Brought her back the next day and it was fixed free of charge. I wasn’t upset her hair was uneven. No big deal. I absolutely appreciate them fixing it. We all have off days and her hair is weird so I can’t fault the first stylist. I will absolutely go back because they treat people right and that says a lot these days.

I called in at 9 am never being there before I took the chance to see if they could squeeze me in for a cut today. The owner (Sam) I believe was able to get me in right away for a cut only, which worked out because I like to style my own hair at home. Sonya did an excellent job cutting my hair and I haven’t been this happy in a long time with a hairdresser and a salon. Beautiful pictures of their families posted and such a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the great experience and a little TLC on a day where I needed it greatly. I will be back ❤️

Recently moved from Hamilton and after having the same hairdresser for 17 yrs I thought it would be a difficult transition. Today was my second experience since the move and Liz does a fantastic job. I am very happy with Hair Alive and will continue using their services.
