Haig Bowl Arena

Good adequate parking, indoor ball hockey arena. There isn't a lot of sitting area for bystanders. Lighting is outdated and dim. Looks like a well maintained inner arena.

Played there 35 years ago for lacrosse. Brings back memories

Had a great time renting this space for kids birthday party. Unfortunately we had little manchildren causing a scene trying to get into our kids party 2 hours before there scheduled time. Fortunately management handled it very well and professional.

We rented the floor for a ball hockey event and showed up an hour before the game. We were kicked out of the rink and told we couldn't access dressing rooms until our scheduled floor time. Who doesn't give access to rooms at least 30 minutes before the schedule floor time? The manager was extremely rude and dismissive. When we tried to reason with him he threatened to cancel our floor time. We had many players coming from across the province. This was just an awful experience, I would give zero stars if allowed.

This facility has potential. Perhaps the city, region, and community could find a way to improve the needed TLC this place needs? It functions best for ball hockey, but also host rollerblading, pickle ball, and has a batting cage outside. Washrooms and change rooms are functioning, but lack in cleanliness.
