We contacted H2 Only about our water dispenser that had stopped working. While I prefer to contact people by phone and could only do so by email, they responded within a few minutes. Problem Solved. Excellent customer service.

I have used this company for over a year,in the beginning it was nice but then recently they never returned my call and they left me we know water for a week. So I decide to call another company and they're asking him what type of water they have and he told me the spring water the same water the every company use. In Smithville. So I receive a phone call from h2 only after a week,I ask her the prove of the certificate for there water to show me al the filtration prove, but she told me that I need to pay $400 dollar to be able to see it. She lying to the client and I will never call this company ever again.

Amazing Service and the water surprisingly tastes delicious! Considerably better then other companies! All the staff members are super courteous and helpful and their always just an email or a quick phone call away! Esp if you need a few extra bottles for an event etc!
