I can’t thank Andrew at H&R Auto Body enough. This was my first ever insurance-related accident, so the whole process was new to me and honestly a bit stressful. I called around to a few shops and didn’t hear back quickly, but Andrew took my information right away even though I called late Friday afternoon. He got me in first thing Monday, no hassle. Andrew was extremely thorough — he didn’t just go off the initial insurance quote. He took it apart, identified additional damage that was missed, and made sure everything was properly documented and repaired the right way. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I always knew what was going on. I picked the car up Friday and everything went smoothly. The efficiency, professionalism, and service were top-notch. Highly recommend Andrew and H&R Auto Body to anyone dealing with an accident or insurance repair.

Had a great experience here with Andrew recently, getting some work done on my 2015 Honda Odyssey minivan to repair the damage someone else caused in a parking lot. Pricing was detailed, work was done within the agreed time frame and the quality of the work was impeccable. It's obvious why this business maintains such a high review score on Google, Andrew is personable and has no issues taking the time to explain in detail the work required, and answering any follow-up questions without making you feel like you're taking up time. **5 year update** Had my BMW bumper painted as I upgraded to M sport. This was done 5 years ago and the paint is still in 10/10 condition and matches the rest of the car. Price was very reasonable for the work. Will be bringing all my cars here
