Gymnastics Energy Training Centre

My daughter is going on her fifth year of being on their competitive team. This gym can pride itself on the consideration of the emotional toll and both the physical and mental drains that the sport of gymnastics demands. Every coach my daughter has had has given her each a different approach to training with different focuses (very important for gymnasts to have variety). Anytime there was an issue or concern, in my experience, the coaches have always been diligent and effective in their response. The passion of gymnastics stays alive in young athletes not only through the development of skills but also through the compassionate and supportive environment that the coaches and admin facilitate for them. Gymnasts are not whipping out the type of skills that they are unless they have trust in their coaches. When my child first started she was absolutely wild 😅 (they offered to have her tested for pre comp after she did a day at the summer day camp). She started pre comp and was still a wild firecracker. They stayed with her and continued to work with her and it’s unbelievable the physical and mental growth I have seen. This place is literally her second home, and they care for her as if it is just that ❤️

I just want to say thank you soo much for the amazing birthday party for my daughter!! I have recommended you guys to all my friends and her classmates parents after the kids had the time of their life. My daughter told us that it was the best birthday party she's ever had. Very reasonably priced and we will now be looking into coming here for gymnastic lessons.

Great place for kids who have lots of energy and need someplace to burn it off. Friendly coaches and staff members. Lots of smiles and my kids sleep amazing at night when they come home from practice. Definitely recommend the gymnastics centre!

My daughter recently celebrated her 6th birthday at Gymnastics Energy and had an amazing time! (in her words: "The Best Birthday Ever!"). The staff were knowledgeable, caring, safe, enthusiastic and child-centered! The coaching staff went out of their way to ensure that each child was comfortable and felt special during their time at the gym. The party room had lots of space, was pre-set up and provided the perfect venue for the remaining festivities. I appreciate Gymnastics Energy for their extraordinary care and wonderful services to host this special event. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing place for a birthday party! Our daughter just had her 6th birthday there and everything was fantastic. From the wonderful receptionist that booked the party on the phone with me, to the exceptional staff Brooke and Brianne that greeted us at the door. They went above and beyond to make the space decorated so cute for the girls, helped with greeting parents at the door. Brianne was really great with the girls they all had an amazing time with her in the gymnastic portion and we were organized and out the door and all cleaned up 10 min after the party. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all!
