GUESS Factory

Writing this review on 13th Dec 2025 for the rude behavior of the sales girl, wearing specs billing for us. We had two separate bills which might have triggered her attitude. After our billing she said "sorry for that" to next customer. Sorry for what???? Attending your customers?

i went there today christmas shopping , worst customer service, lady at the cash gave me looks , she seemed uninterested of cashing me out, i asked the price of the jacket i wanted to but twice, she didn't answered me once, i asked again she got upset, rude, it was so embarrassing in front my kids, i had to buy the jacket because i didn't want to spoil our shopping trip. she definitely doesn't deserve to be there , guess is a brand, they definitely need to hire someone with good attitude and customer service skills. never going back!

Today 23rd nov I came first time to this store and the cashier with long hairs was so rude with us. When I ask her question regarding discount label on reception desk, she was mumbling, rolled her eye and did not answer to my question, which looks arrogant. when I checked the ratings, I was amazed that almost everyone was talking about that cashier. So why Guess has not done anything yet ?? Need answer.

Absolutely incredible experience shopping here. I was attended to immediately and was eagerly helped by the lovely Tania (sp?). She helped me pick a full outfit for my husband and I and she was so excited when she saw what we put together she even got her coworker to come check out my fit. That made me feel like the belle of the ball. Keep it up ladies! Thank you so much! I must add that the items I got are all EXCELLENT quality. 2 zipper items that have a clasp at the top to ensure what's closed stays closed. Shorts built in to the cutest pleated skirt. The leather jacket I got has stretchy sides for extra comfort. The pointed heels I was worried wouldn't work for me are the comfiest pair of pretty shoes I own. And my husband's outfit fits comfortably and looks extremely stylish. We were greeted with nothing but compliments upon arriving at our event. Thank you again for the top notch service and well made clothing!

Today I had a very disappointing experience. The lady with short black hair at the cash counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed uninterested in helping customers, and when I asked about discounts, she rolled her eyes and responded as if she did not want to answer my questions. This kind of behavior reflects very poor customer service and leaves a negative impression of the store.
