Love this place. Great selection. Good service and reasonable prices!

My mother was shopping here for supplies for their Bazaar at the Church. She asked for assistance and the clerk told her and pointed to, (it's over there). As well while still in the store, wanted to return an item that was just purchased and was told she could not return the item. The clerk was rude to my mother a customer, who has been shopping at this store for many years. As well their prices are no longer affordable. They have lost a very good client.

I love shopping here. Staff is friendly and helpful, everything neat and organized where it should be, good prices. Love the corn straws!

I'm not overly critical but rather positive in all my reviews. I have especially find regularly that customer service on the polite or friendly side lacks at the niagara falls location. The last visit I had was quite disappointing to say the least. I was served by a young lady who said she was leaving this week. She was unfriendly and rather short with her communication. It's rather unfortunate. I would suggest to all who work in GT French that all customers, and such as myself, is the reason why you are all employed. Without us, there would be no GT French at all. Best Place ever for all of your event needs. The best part is you can buy as much as you want, or think you'll need, any products unopened and not used after the event, you can return everything with a receipt. Great place for raffle tickets, drink tickets, etc and plates, napkins, cutlery, etc at awesome prices. Which was a nice surprise. Very friendly, and helpful staff.
