So far, so good. Been respectful and patient with my concerns and fears, great with our toddler, and communicative with benefits and costs.

I have had a few appointments at this dentist and they were all amazing. All the staff are thoughtful, understanding and considerate. Making sure to explain things very well and consider your time and expenses!

DO NOT GO HERE (THEY WILL SCAM YOU)!!! This is the first ever review I have made online for any business, so if I actually took the time to write this, there was a serious problem here. Usually I take the bad reviews with a grain of salt, however in my case, a similar situation occurred. At first when I had called them in June to book an appointment for myself and my wife, they appeared to be friendly and welcoming. Usually at most dental offices, they will first send estimates through to your insurance company electronically to see how much they cover and will be able to give you that information, prior to going ahead with your procedures. -Our insurance is fully covered, up to $2000 per person a year and we have never had any issues at any other clinics. Usually we are able to get 2-3 cleanings done per year. My wife had first attended on June 11th 2025 for her first appointment. When she attended, the front desk associate, Boba, had told my wife that they could not reach Manulife over the phone to get an estimate, neither was the estimate submitted electronically to them. They allowed my wife continue with her cleaning without processing the estimate and further rushed her appointment, as they told her she was late and the Dr. had other patients to attend to. The clinic later charged $ 1,087 to Manulife for X-rays, fillings and a cleaning. They later sent a separate bill to our house for approximately $326 to pay in addition to what was sent to Manulife. When asked what the bill was for and why it was not processed through with Manulife, as it was still well under the $2000 annual allowance, they could not provide an answer. They had later advised that the additional $326 had been “waived”. When we should never have received a letter with a balance owing in the first place. On June 17th of 2025, I had attended this clinic. I should have listened at the time about the bad experience my wife had and cancelled my appointment, however I went ahead. When I arrived the front desk associate, Boba again told me that they had not been able to contact Manulife over the phone and also had not submitted my estates electronically to them. For clarification, myself and my wife share the same insurance Policy number, and I had emailed the front desk the full summary of my benefits and coverage with Manulife, prior to my appointment. There was a week in between mine and my wife’s appointments, so I find it hard to believe that in almost week, Manulife could not be reached, prior to my appointment. Again they allowed me to proceed with X-rays, cleaning and fillings on the same day. I later recovered a total bill of $2926 for one appointment!!! Well over my $2000 dental allowance. When asked why the balance was so high and what inflated the amounts, they could not provide a reasonable answer. The amounts for each fillings were also well above the price of other clinics (Even in the GTA, where I had previously moved from). Further, while also looking through the balances that were later submitted to Manulife, none of the balances made sense. I later continued to receive mail to my house of an outstanding balance of $842 which they had (discounted). That balance has since been paid and I WILLL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. AGAIN, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC !!!! (THEY WILL SCAM YOU) -They will upsell you with cosmetic fillings -Not tell you what your insurance will cover prior to treatments. -They will leave you with a bill you regret paying. -The fillings they use are terrible quality and will feel like hard paste over your teeth for months.

I have had such a great experience here. The hygienist and dentist were both very honest and kind about the health of my teeth and gums. The receptionist is also very lovely. Definitely would recommend coming here it is a great group of people :)

Amazing Experience with Lara! I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned by Lara. She’s not only skilled and thorough with her work but also has a genuinely kind and welcoming personality that puts you at ease right away. The cleaning was comfortable, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommend Lara if you’re looking for someone professional, gentle, and friendly!
