Grimsby ReStore (Habitat for Humanity Niagara)

First visit met Philippo he was so informative and knowledgeable about a kitchen we were looking at. We couldn’t stay but said we would return. We stopped back in again and he remembered us, very impressive we said that we wouldn’t need the kitchen for a few weeks he said No Problem we will hold it for you. We returned the following morning and met Jennifer who greeted us at the door as she also remembered us. Amazing service we bought the kitchen and they offered to deliver as well when we were ready. Can’t say enough about the service they both provided Exceptionally nice people considering the not so friendly world we are in. Thanks again The Labrie family

Had the pleasure of making some purchases over the last few months and dealing with Jenn. She is always so kind and helpful. She knows what I am on the lookout for and will even message me when something comes in she knows I am looking for. She always provides excellent customer service with a smile and a great sense of humour which keeps me and my friends coming back.Habitat for Humanity is lucky to have such s loyal enthusiastic employee! The Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Grimsby is an absolute gem. The store is clean, well organized, and full of amazing finds. Prices are great, and it feels good knowing your purchases support such an important cause. A huge shoutout to the manager, Jennifer, who truly makes this place special. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about both the store and the people who walk through the doors. You can tell it’s well run because of her leadership and positive energy. Highly recommend stopping in whether you’re renovating, thrifting, or just browsing. One of the best ReStores around! 🙌🛠️💙

Excellent store First time visiting this Habitat for Humanity ReStore today and we’ll absolutely be back. The store has an amazing selection of furniture, household goods, and even flooring — way more than we expected. Tanya was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even better. We found a fabulous bookshelf, and Noah and Hayden went above and beyond by carefully loading it into our car for us. Such a great team and a great store. Highly recommend!
