If you call to report a power outage you get hung up on.

Power was out I called and got hung up on! I hear this happens all the time. I can imagine how much money has been spent on the infrastructure for this city and the customers and that's the respect we get.

Power out twice in 3 days. Businesses products are going bad downtown. Call customer service and get disconnected after a few rings. Nice.

So many power outages! Two days in a row, amongst many in the past living here the last 6 years! No one answers the phone(disconnects or no answer) when you call! BUT! They are the first to call you if your bill is half a day (not received but paid)!!

Website is great at communicating timely updates on power outages and their ongoing repairs/investigations. I don't get the entitlement of people complaining about power outages being frequent during storms in a rural area lol - gotta be prepared, fam! Its the price you pay for cleaner air and country living
