We had such a great experience with the team at Grimsby Orthodontics. From the very first visit, everyone was professional, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made my son feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The end result is amazing — we are so happy with how everything turned out. The care and attention to detail really show. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment!

I am so happy with the final results, I was a bit skeptical getting Invisalign at my age - but the experience has been fantastic. Dr Boersma and the team are wonderful and addressed all my concerns. I was always greeted with a smile, and the process overall was pain free - bonus! Not only am I happy with my smile, I also feel so much healthier. Thanks for everything!

Dr.Boersma was very thorough. Her staff was very pleasant as well. It was convenient to have an orthodontist in my area. Her time line suggested that my daughter would have her braces on for about 2.5 years. It was just a little over but that’s only because my daughters teeth took to much time to surface. And needed surgery to help them surface. When things got loose or lost they were available to meet my daughter’s needs. She just had her braces off a few weeks ago and she loves her smile. The payment plan was reasonable as well. Thank you Dr.Boersma.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. I could not recommend Dr. Boersma and the team here enough. Everybody is incredible and makes you feel so welcomed while getting the best care. The office runs so smoothly with every appointment being perfectly on time, I’ve never seen a more efficient clinic. My treatment needed to be switched up a bit because of a timeline change on my end and they were so accommodating while ensuring I got the best results. If I had any issues they immediately helped me solve them, whether it was through quick phone chats or photos over email or calming nerves and trusting the process. Kate is also fantastic and just makes you feel so welcomed and heard. 10/10 I would come back even though I live almost 3 hours away now.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Just recently finished my Invisalign journey with Dr. Boersma and her team and I could not be any happier with the results. The staff did an amazing job with their dedication to my teeth. Always a professional and friendly environment to walk into. I highly recommend Grimsby Orthodontics to anyone looking to improve their smile.
