Big shout out to Brett, Daron, and Giovanni (sorry if I spelt names wrong). All 3 where such a massive help and extremely kind. They gave me great advice and provided me with the right information to make the right decisions. Even though it didn't fall through for my end, I still highly recommended this dealership to grab a car. Easily one of the best services at a dealership I've experienced 👌🏾

I had an excellent experience with Grimsby Kia from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, Joe and the entire team treated us like VIPs, even though this was a used vehicle purchase. Joe, our salesperson, was outstanding. He was incredibly communicative, accommodating, and went above and beyond by staying late on two separate occasions just to meet with us. There was never any pressure, only genuine effort to make sure everything was handled properly and transparently. Darren was also fantastic, along with the rest of the team. I’m not entirely sure of his role, but his involvement and attention to detail made a huge difference in the overall experience. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, friendly, and made the process feel smooth and welcoming. The vehicle itself was prepared beyond expectations. It was inspected thoroughly, any necessary parts were addressed to ensure safety, and the detailing was exceptional. When we arrived to pick it up, the car looked and felt brand new, inside and out. This was our first experience with Grimsby Kia, and it far exceeded our experiences with dealerships from other brands. Professional, honest, and detail-oriented from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers.

I had a wonderful experience with this Kia dealer. I had a flat tire on the road on my way to Niagara and CAA dropped the car at this location, which was the closest. When we got there the service area was already closed but the team was so nice to us, they did everything they could to help us get a temporary tire so we could get back to Toronto safely. cars are priced to sell and staff is all very friendly. with the help of the friendly salesman, geovany, i purchased a 2020 kia stinger gt. it felt very hassle-free and easy going. from the front desk, to finance, the team is friendly all around. geovany seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions / concerns that i had. 5/5 would be visiting again in the future.

Kyle McCarthy was extremely pleasant to work with. He makes sure his customers are happy first and foremost! There were a few minor paint chips, he made sure they were sorted out before picking up the vehicle along with a very thorough detail of the exterior and interior. We got a wicked deal on a work truck to add to the fleet and couldn’t be happier with the service provided at Kia Grimsby. Thanks again to both Kyle’s for facilitating this for us!
