Grimaldi's Pizza Wings & Subs

This place is awesome! Great food, great atmosphere. Steak sub is definitely a must try! It doubles as a ice cream parlour so it has something for everyone. Everything is prepared for you as per order and I have never had a long wait time. Employees work hard and make customers happy and put their all into their meals. Prices are very reasonable and the quality I find is very high. Ingredients are always fresh and portion sizes are very good! they also have walk in slices and they have deals on certain days of the week.

I wish I could give them a zero but alas I cant. Let me count the ways for you: 1) took over an hour to deliver 1km away 2) some how justified charging me $45 for 10 wings and a large pizza because it isnt a "special" 3) charged me a $3 fee to use their debit machine 4) wings were greasy like dripping wet greasy 5) when i finally opened the pizza box the toppings were wrong failure on every level but their pizza is about a 6.5 maybe a 7/10 on good days so they have that going for them.

So we decided to try the pizza from Grimaldi's. They had a coupon for a 24 slice pepperoni so that's what I ordered. If your trying to attract new customers, this isn't the way to do it. There was literally once slice of small pepperoni on each slice of pizza, hardly any sauce and sparse on the cheese, not to mention the dough tasted flat. Hope your experience is better - your tastes may be different...but... not for me.

Owner and his workers have NEVER taken a class in customer service. They do not care about the customers, they are rude and act as though we are bothering them by ordering food and they hardly ever have what we are looking to order. Pizza is very good. Wings are awesome but the customer service makes me not want to go back their.

It was gross. It was ice cold, greasy wings and the cheese tasted extremely off. Oh and we got hung up on when we started to order, the owner (we assume) called us back. We ordered here once before and it was terrible (thought it was an off day). Our roommate also ordered from here at a separate occasion and he said it was terrible also.
