We built a freehold condo with Grey Forest in Aug 2023 and had a great experience from start to finish. They were so kind and helpful through our whole purchase and selection process and were very patient with all my questions. The end product is gorgeous and we’re very satisfied with purchasing our new home through Grey Forest!

I have purchased a few homes now straight from a builder and my experience with Grey Forest has been incredible. Nelly and the team have been so professional, diligent and on top of things, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them to build my gorgeous home. They hand picked local suppliers for us to work with and select our finishing's and I have nothing but great things to say about them as well. This process can be stressful for some, but I think that Grey Forest has really allowed me to enjoy it and take it all in. Offering a completely custom home (not just package A, package B which is offered by most builders) there are a lot of moving parts - for me, it's been executed flawlessly, as I can imagine managing all of those particular asks for individuals can be difficult. I am so pleased to be moving into my home in just a few short weeks. Thanks Grey Forest!

We are currently in the process of purchasing a new home from Grey Forest, hoping to close in early fall of 2023. Our experience dealing with this builder to date has been excellent. In particular, customer service manager Nelly Schanbacher has been wonderful to deal with, helpful in every step of the process, and most importantly, prompt and courteous in communicating with us. We will post another review when the build is complete, and we are confident that our new home will exceed our expectations.

We recently purchased a home in Fonthill from Grey Forest. Our experience with this builder and all the staff especially Nellie including the real estate agents selling their homes was beyond exceptional.
