View on GoogleVery happy! Greg took in our TV on Thursday afternoon and it was ready for pick up 24 hours later (he was able to accommodate the pre-planned the timing). It's working perfectly, as good as new. Cost way less than buying a new TV that's for sure! Much appreciated, will recommend.
View on GoogleMy Tv came home with a different issue after Greg repaired the origional problem. When I called him about it he said he was aware but he was 'distracted' when I came to pick up the tv.(which is why he failed to mention it to me). Lame and unprofessional. I was told I can bring the tv back in and he would diagnose free of charge. This is a 60 inch tv...quite a hassel to transport. Save your hard earned money and time folks. Go to R&k in N.Falls
View on GoogleMy tv failed to light up and I brought it in. Was told the cost to fix it was almost as much as a new tv so decided to buy a new tv. I had bought a tv off him the day I brought mine in but found I couldn't use it as I intended to and he said no problem to selling it back to him. Great service and very understanding guy.
