Staff went over and above to take care of me. Dr. John was friendly, competent and efficient at assessing my issues. He listened to me, asked questions and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this place. All the staff there seemed to have the same attitude and competence.

Everything start when you enter with a nice welcome from Heather follow by a very professional treatment with Tim and Dan. The environment is very friendly and the follow ups are great cause Tim explain what the treatment will be from the beginning and how you are improving. I was refer to Dr. Habib and told I have a Haglund’s deformity, my surgery (Zadek Osteotomy) was booked in a blink of an eye by Melissa (she is awesome!), all was a success and I am back to work without pain!! Wow what a year spending time with the staff at greater Niagara physio. Lots of ups and downs and cry’s and laughs. I completely ruptured my Achilles playing tennis a year ago and had surgery. To be honest wasn’t sure I was going to make it mentally. Dr. Habib is the best orthopaedic surgeon, no scar tissue and barely any scarring, he always answered my questions when I was feeling low and doubtful and had lots of patience with me. Tim and Dan took amazing care of me, and helped me reach my goal of running again and getting back to racing and ultra running. Thanks Heather for always greeting me with a smile. Spending lots of time at greater Niagara the staff become friends. Today that relationship came to an end, I have been cleared and no longer require to come in for physio. Bitter sweet, and I can’t thank everyone enough.👍😊💕 I ran my first race exactly one year post surgery and crushed it. I feel stronger every day.
