He’s very attitude. He don’t listen. He’s always angry. He don’t give anything. He don’t help. I don’t know how come he’s in clinic and he is in the office He always speak loud with his patient with the attitude he don’t Precipitation anything even if he is your family doctor he don’t do any help. He’s very bad very very. I will report this to the Ministry of Health and file a valid complaint. Dr. M. Abu shahma

Went to this walk-in clinic for the first time and they were amazing. Very quick and efficient. There 2 lovely ladies working, Michelle H and Katrina. They were very pleasant and kind. I seen Dr. Vastis and he was also kind and took the time to listen to my issues. He was able to assist with medication. Thanks Team 😊

Accepting new patients because no one wants to stay. Can’t keep track of appointments and makes people wait well past their times. Not allowed to ask about anything at your first appointment because it’s a “meet and greet”. Insane. Update. After waiting over 1:15 past my appointment time. Dr Chandra is still no where to be seen. Do not waste your time here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience at Grantham Medical Clinic has always been excellent. We have been seeing Dr. Abu Shama as our family doctor for the past two years, and we have never been disappointed. He has always been professional, caring, and attentive, and we truly appreciate the consistent care and treatment he has provided to our family over the years. Today, we were assisted by Dr. Vastis at the clinic, and he was absolutely exceptional. My mother had a deep knee wound, and Dr. Vastis was extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. He demonstrated not only strong medical expertise but also genuine humanity, compassion, and understanding, carefully listening to our concerns and treating the situation with great patience and care. The receptionists were also very helpful, polite, and supportive, making the entire visit smooth and reassuring from start to finish. We are truly grateful to the entire team at Grantham Medical Clinic for their professionalism and compassionate care. Thank you, Doctor. Thank you to Grantham Medical Clinic. Been going here for 15 years. First as walk-in then with family Dr. Staff have been great, and all the GPs we've seen when our Dr is unavailable have been wonderful as well. Mostly noticed with my now adult son who's autistic. Drs make sure he understands and take the extra time for him to answer without rushing him. Reception is great for his appointments as well. I'm not chronically ill like my son, but even my daughter's and my visits have been nothing but positive. I highly recommend here for walk-in and as family physician.
