Phenomenal customer experience this week ordering replacement screens. Riley really went above and beyond to help me in a crunch and even solve a few mistakes I made along the way. The people who work here are the difference . They are friendly, and knowledgeable , and go out of their way to make sure you have the right item for what you need . Also I feel good about supporting Canadian when I shop here .

It was just “ok” compared to other home hardwares. Asked if I could use a washroom there, it was a no, we don’t have one for public use. Maybe because of the area? Not sure. HH in Niagara Falls is good, but the best is Penner in Virgil. Regardless, they had the item in stock that I was looking for (compared to Virgil and NF)

Small hardware shop that has everything you need for your DIY needs. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The helpful staff in the store are great,the miserable two older ladies at the cash, turn me off shopping there. Give you a hard time with your scene card, saying you won't get any points since you didn't spend $50. Well I get other offers from Scene just for swiping my card. I don't like shopping here anymore. So I go to Home Depot instead for friendly service. Literally can't take dealing with these two miserable women anymore.
