GRAND TAXI

This has to be the worst taxi company in Ontario I do not recommend them at all waited 2 hrs called like 3 times they kept saying 10 mins go with 4500

Worst taxi company in Welland Receptionist lady is a liar. Called the Cab at 1 o’clock. For my doctors appointment at 1:45 Called back at 1:20 to ask the lady where the Cab is and she said it’s on the way The cab didn’t get here until 1:40 Now, when I ask the cab driver, he tells me he didn’t even get the call or my address until 1:30 So when I called back at 1:20 and she said it was on the way she was lying last time. I spend my money with their company. I missed my appointment. You would think they would tell you when you order it that it’s gonna be more than 40 minutes but no she tells me it’s on the way I can’t take liars and I hope her day also gets ruined

Wish I could give no star. We ordered taxi for out of town. They said it would’ve an hour wait as it was busy. 2 hours later no show husband called asking where it car was the lady who answered was laughing saying oh I don’t know should be soon. Nobody showed up! Very rude people

Got me to the vet with my cat, lost my wallet in the car I was in and it was returned swiftly. They do take good care of their customers

Two weekends ago I called them after an uber bailed on me because I couldn’t lift my walker into it with my groceries. I called the company and they assured me someone would be there soon and would be helpful. After half an hour I called and made an inquirie about the cab. They said it was in the way. After another 20 minutes I called again. She said she was calling the cab again. I waited ten minutes and gave up and ended up walking home putting me in huge amounts of pain. The lady was very nice on the phone the first two times, but sounded so annoyed the last time. I am so upset they would leave a knowing disabled person waiting let alone anyone waiting that long for a ride home. So thoroughly disgusted by this.
