Grand Niagara Golf Club

Just moved to the area and first time playing this course. What a treat. Such a shame it’s only 9 holes. I was too busy walking and enjoying the golf/scenery (main reasons why I play golf) to take pictures, so these are all I managed to get. One of the practice green/first hole and I managed to take a picture of the 9th green after I put lol.

A 9 hole gem in excellent condition. Staff were great, only negative was the gps details were wrong so call ahead and get directions.

WARNING!! Would give this zero stars if I could. If you want even a HALF decent customer service experience, or even the slightest bit of respect, do not go to this golf course!!! We should’ve listened to the other reviews that mentioned how horrible the staff/customer service was because they were right. From the moment we got to the course, we were met with attitude and disrespect from the starter/marshall who said his name was Larry but who knows if that’s his real name. We arrived ON TIME for our tee time (which was the last tee off of the day) and got yelled at about how we were 20 minutes late before we even stepped onto the course. Not to mention that the directions take you to the wrong spot based on the address on Google Maps, but we were then given incomplete directions when we called, though the man working the pro shop was helpful and we didn’t have an issue with him. As we were heading over to the tee box, we got threatened by “Larry” saying that we better not have beer in our bag or else…which we couldn’t believe. Once the round was done, I let him know how disrespectful his customer service was and he continued to justify his accusations and commentary and proceeded to call me a “liar,” “cheater,” and said to go ahead and report him. This is the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had at a golf course and we’ve been golfing our whole lives. Extremely disappointing because the actual course was nice. Will definitely never return unless it’s to speak to a manager or owner, and will be letting others know not to either.

You can pre order your food on the 9th hole and the gentleman working in the food truck has it ready for you as soon as you’re done. He was super friendly and the food was incredible! Overall friendly atmosphere everywhere in this course, makes you want to visit again! The maintenance here is unreal, the bunkers are probably the best I’ve ever seen. You can tell the staff works very hard here, everything is cut to perfection

Very gorgeous golf course, impeccable layout of a golf course, has multiple challenges to the course as well! Range is included with your round, very friendly and helpful staff as well! Greens are fantastic, tee boxes are well groomed and everything in between is amazing!
