I can’t say enough good things about Grand Core Physiotherapy. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. I’ve seen the physiotherapist, pelvic floor physiotherapist, and massage therapist. All knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. My postpartum pelvic floor therapy was especially positive, respectful, and empowering, making a real difference in my recovery. The clinic is clean, calm, and professional, and the team truly cares about their clients. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Physiotherapist Kristen since 2023 for a multitude of ailments. She has always provided quality, one on one care. Rather then just treating pain, she looks for the source of the problem performing a thorough full body exam. Her office will also search out and obtain any medical imaging results helping her formulate a solid treatment plan. My family also has experience with other therapists at the clinic including physio's Carmen, and Kristina-- both phenomenal. And if you need a massage, Alex is great!! Not your typical cookie cutter clinic where you are left in a gym performing exercises by yourself while they attend to other patients. I highly recommend Grand Core Physio!!!

Strongly recommend this clinic. I've been a patient of Kristen's for 9 years and have been to many other physiotherapists she is by far my favourite. She really listens to your concerns and helps get to the root cause. Always leave the appointment with "homework" and at home management strategies which help lots when I actually do them lol. She always goes above and beyond. Great experiences with other practitioners as well (Carmen and Kaitlin). Front Desk staff are always very kind and professional. Overall great team! Thank you :)
