Pretty tidy, decent prices, friendly staff, the slection just isn't the best. This is no fault of their own, but it is safe to say it's the smallest Goodwill between Niagara Falls, Welland and St. Catharine's. If you are looking to find a hidden gem, like at other stores, your odds are pretty low here. Looking through just the men's clothes could take around 1 hour at other thrift stores, while I could look at every item they have in about 15 minutes. I'd still recommend it, if you live in the area, but I wouldn't say it's worth it to go if it's out of the way.

Super friendly and helpful staff, clean store with new stuff everyday. Prices are comparable to other goodwills. They do have change rooms at this location which is amazing. Not a lot of furniture space if thats what you're looking for. I've found many treasures here and recommend stopping by for a look!

I’ve hating thrifting lately everywhere is overstocked crowded shelves cause of the over priced items in some stores. But found a gem of a store amazing prices. Cherry on top of the cake the nicest employee (didn’t catch her name but she had black hair and think her name started with a K) helped me find some back to school finds for my boys. Definitely will be returning to that goodwill instead of the one by my house. Worth the little trip!

Everything is way overpriced. There are pants there that have holes in them that they're trying to sell for $25 because they say Nike on them. There are no name, brand pants and shirts that you can buy at Walmart brand new for $10. They're selling them there for 15 used with lots of wear on the writing. There is also a couch. I have pictures of they're trying to sell for $500. The couch isn't worth $100 on a good day on marketplace. The security guard privately called me said that I was banned from the store because I was belligerent When I had asked him to serve me trespass papers he had hung up on me. I had then called back the store to follow up with the private call from their so-called security guard. They had hung up on me as well. I had only called the CEO Karen to specify that they were overly priced and their staff was very rude. She clearly took that to heart since she's taken over in 2019. There has been nothing but problems I had asked how they do their pricing. One person told me they go by name brand. I asked the manager. They said they have a good better bad system I had asked. Karen, she had told me a completely different thing then I called another store just to see they said that they hire prices and it goes by their judgment. I know a couple prices as well and they say they can put any price on it doesn't matter. It is disgusting as they say that they're here for the community but yet charge you $500 for a worn out couch $25 for pants with holes in them. Overpriced shirts that you can buy brand new from Walmart. All of their so-called helping they do for the community comes from the community that donates to them. So really they're not doing anything. It's the community that gives them the money to help. So stop pretending that you're being some good people because you're only there to line your own pocket. You should be ashamed of yourself. And your security guard is a coward you have to get him to call a customer because why you can't handle being told the unfair things that your employees are doing. You get him to call and say I'm banned for what? What am I banned for? Please tell me. He said for being belligerent you can't ban somebody for being belligent. Sorry it's called freedom of speech. Watch how many people I get to come to your store and start protesting what you're doing

Newly opened Goodwill in southern Niagara Falls. Enjoyed stopping in to see what this new Goodwill had to offer. It was a clean store and staff greeted me as I walked-in. My hope is they can remain clean and grow on their inventory over the years. Convenient location next to Food Basics and Dollar Tree in southern Niagara Falls. Lots of parking. Don’t forget to bring any donations!
