Does people know this is goodlife premium?!😭😭This goodlife has a pool, hot tub, hot yoga room, and cardio and strength training areas separated? And a women’s only area! People should appreciate how good this is for the price. I pay the exact same price but the goodlife in my city is just a little bit bigger than the women’s only area. And if I want a gym with pool I’ll have to go to luxury gyms..
View on GoogleOverall, I like this gym.The trainers and staff are friendly, and the environment is good. However, the gym asks members to leave outdoor shoes at the entrance for cleanliness, but this area is not secure. My almost new Sorel Winter boots were taken, and a more worn, different style pair was left instead. I pay a high amount for the membership and personal training, yet when personal property goes missing, there is no accountability. If the gym is not responsible for stolen, swapped, or damaged items, this should be clearly stated on the sign at the shoe are. ( I fully understand that the gym is not responsible for items lost in the lockers rooms, which is why I always lock my locker.) Posting this as a factual warning for other members to be cautious.
View on GoogleNew Hyrox class might be the most inconsiderate thing the gym could’ve possibly put together. Runs at peak times and uses the entire turf for a maximum of 5 class participants. Individuals like myself can only come at 5pm. The turf area is huge part of routines, especially for rehab, mobility and cardio. The private training turf is perfectly suited for the class. Or split it right down the middle and allow other members to use 1 half. At peak hours, there can be upwards and 15 members using the area at once, while having regard for others by using a responsible amount of space. Somehow this class can’t do that with 5 people (which is a generous amount - there’s typically only 3/4 people in each 5pm class) Also the music is ridiculously loud. I don’t even mind the EDM music personally but with my own headphones at a loud level I can still hear the music where the old turf used to be. I’m not typically someone who writes reviews, but for the last 2 weeks I’ve been annoyed dealing with this and if you observe others members body language, you can tell they are too. I feel like this is an easy issue to fix. Splitting the space in 1/2 or using the PT section are very realistic solutions. If changes are made I’ll remember to delete this review
View on GoogleI love the variety this gym offers, but today, the ladies change room was absolutely filthy!!! Hair and garbage all over the floors, no soap in most of the dispensers at the sinks, and the toilet paper unaccessible in the toilets. Toilet paper all over the floors, just gross filth in every once of the change room. Very disappointing. Makes u wonder how clean the gym floor and equipment is. As the paper towel dispensers in the women's party of the gym were empty. So no way to wipe the machines down.Yet there seems to always be 10 people standing behind the front desk , doing nothing? The staff is very friendly always, love them and love the offerings, but please clean up the change room! It's gross. Zero excuse with the amount of staff in this place. Refill your soap and paper towels. Clean up!
View on GoogleI am impressed with June’s knowledge and her dedication to my results. This is my first time joining a gym and she made me feel comfortable from the very start and always takes the time to answer my questions even outside of our sessions. June built a plan that fits my goals and hectic schedule, she helps me feel more confident each time I come in. I also really enjoy her women’s bootcamp and meeting other women who share similar goals! I love that the gym has a women's section and a sauna. Overall, great experience at this gym and I am looking forward to trying out the Regymen class this week.
