Gong Cha Niagara Falls

I have ordered from this location approx. 4-5 times to give them multiple chances. Each time they overload the drink with so much ice that it's extremely watered down. The brown sugar syrup is almost nonexistent even though I ordered 100% sweetness, and pearls are soggy. I have requested on multiple occasions for them to remove the ice but they refused saying they can't remove an ingredient. Therefore, I requested the to put less ice instead and they still refused. I think they do this so they can use less ingredients and save money, but it makes the drink extremely bland. I've ordered multiple times thinking it was an issue that happened once or twice, but it's definitely a consistent issue.

I’ve ordered bubble tea from here twice and it’s good, however they add an incredible amount of ice, almost 3/4 of the drink itself. In my order I put “very little ice please” in the notes and they sent me my drink with a note that said they have a set amount of ice but they fixed it for me this time, the drink itself still had a lot of ice though.

my first time trying gong cha and i loved it! would definitely come back to try their other menu items! the employee working the cashier was very kind and patient as we picked our drinks, he even recommended us some items and suggested sugar and ice levels.

Hi!! I don’t know how I haven’t made a review based on how many times I’ve been here before I meant to make a review the last time I visited but I forgot! but this place is amazing! The music, the atmosphere, the decor. It’s all really amazing and it’s so pretty inside the shop! :) The workers are really nice and take the time to make your drink. The drinks are also really delicious ( I got a taro milk tea ) was so good!! - From the restaurant next door
