Traded in my existing irons while the TaylorMade reps was . The fitting was great and golf town gave me a really fair trade in value, with their current promo. Bonus the TaylorMade rep will follow up in a couple months to fine tune my yardage gaps. Fitting was free as I did buy new irons.
View on GoogleWent in yesterday wanting to test my existing irons vs new. I would like to thank Robbie for taking the time to let me do so, and for letting me try a couple of different clubs I was interested in. He explained things very well for me. His service was top notch and very much appreciated. While they didn't have the clubs I was looking for in stock, I did go home and ordered them on-line. Thanks again!
View on GoogleWay overpriced with little selection. Service is lacking. Walked around for 15 min before anyone made contact with me asking if I needed assistance. There are better alternatives to this place.
View on GoogleHad an issue regarding a Ping G430 Max driver….dealt with Ben and was impressed with the service I received. Thanks again
View on GoogleHonestly pretty disgusted with my visit I only visited cause I had two gift cards and needed new golf shoes was over in the shoe section for about 35 mins no one came up to use once but workers made eye contact several times. So rifling through open boxes til I find the shoe I wanted and found my size, since I was there I thought I better check what shafts they have to as I’m currently being fit for a new driver but the shafts weren’t what I was looking for so I thought while I’m here I might as well see if they have one that can bring my spin down a bit. I’m getting fit into the qi35 9 degree core head and swing it about 117-120 mph so I walk over to a worker and ask if they could set that head up to a 65 x stiff shaft whatever they might have. He seems bothered by my request and throws me in a bay with the club and leaves the sim wasn’t even working so I went over asked him to set it up he walks back starts it and tears off again and I’m there hitting and checking numbers myself I have to then go find him in the store to ask for a different shaft and he snaps it in and runs off again yet in the bay beside me this older gentleman is being treated like gold with a driver he wanted to try. With a price tag of $829 plus tax and a upgraded shaft I’m looking for that’ll be a another few 100 you think they might care but no. Will never ever be back.
