Golden Nugget Gaming Centre

It seems very dangerous site, be careful. I deposited my money a week ago but disappeared and never refunded numerous times of request.

First time at the Golden Nugget in Fort Erie. My boyfriend and I were there for a little date night and none of the staff explained any rules or regulations when we mentioned we were “first-timers”. (Which is fine but some explanation would’ve been nice)* We bought a pack for bingo and some special bonus ones and sat down. A employee named Margaret came up to us and started yelling at us because we couldn’t share the pack. Once she explained I apologized and stated that we will go buy another one immediately. I apologized profusely and she kept yelling at us. My boyfriend was trying to settle the matter but Margaret insisted on continuing her argument. I can understand from her point of view that we weren’t following the rules. But no employee explained how the bingo works or recommend what to buy as to start with since we’re new to this. In the end, I felt embarrassed and disappointed because she put a damper to our night. I don’t think I’ll return to this location since I personally did not enjoy the atmosphere and customer service. Again, I felt highly embarrassed and saddened from the fact the employee had lack of empathy towards us.

Could be better. Not many choices of slot machines. Only penny and dollar and bingo Thumbs down

Management doesn’t have a clue on how to run business. I strongly recommend a secret shopper to go there on the regular and see for themselves.

I come from Kitchener once a month with my mom and we always plan on spending the day at bingo. You have some good workers but there is once that excels above the others, she knows everyone's names, what they buy, goes above and beyond for everyone she comes in contact with. Her dedication to the customers and willingness to help out is a true testament to excellent costumer service. Thank you Margaret for everything you do,
