To my past self on the left who wondered if her efforts were making a difference, who decided to care about her body in a way she hadn’t in a long time, who didn’t always see her beauty… You were and always will be beautiful. Your efforts have been rewarded in more ways than just the physical, which are huge in their own right 🥹 The photo on the left was taken in mid-July and the one on the right on October 30 — about 3.5 months apart. I don’t know my starting weight, but I went from a snug size 5 to a loose size 2 ✌🏽🥲 Looking at these photos, I finally see how much my waist has slimmed, my posture has improved, and my muscles have strengthened. I wouldn’t have had this success without Trainers Josh @mrgofitness and Rawan at Go Fitness Niagara. Josh’s accountability shows how much he values his clients’ health and growth. Their care and support made the journey feel manageable, empowering, and sustainable. The goal was never just weight loss. It was to feel better in my body as a whole. I’m sorry to myself for taking so long to get here, but I’m grateful for the journey. I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. Physical fitness isn’t a replacement for mental health support, but it is a strong foundation for building resilience and self-trust. The gym taught me to connect with myself, my breath, and the tension in my body and also to release it. It taught me to push one more time, because that’s what life asks of us: to show up and try, even when it gets tough. The journey isn’t over tho. Our health should always be a priority. 💜 —————————————————- Go Fitness Niagara impressed me from day one. The studio has this calm, ambient vibe that’s such a nice change from the usual industrial gyms while still having all the equipment you need. And honestly, the people—Josh and Trainer Rawan—are a huge part of what makes it great. The workouts are like a fitness obstacle course—in the best way. They’re challenging but fun, and they make working out feel more like something you want to do, not just something you have to check off your list. The class setup takes care of the hardest part for me: figuring out what to do. Plus, it’s designed to hit different muscle groups throughout the week, so you’re getting a solid mix without having to plan it yourself. Josh and Rawan aren’t just into fitness—they’re genuinely kind, supportive people you actually look forward to seeing. They’re great at knowing how to push you just enough, and everything can be adjusted to your level or to level up, whether you’re just starting out or already deep into your fitness journey. I started with a trial and figured, why not? After one class, I signed up for the year—because I knew I’d finally found something that would keep me going. GFN makes working out feel simple while still pushing you and making you sore a few days later. Step one: show up. They take care of the rest.
View on GoogleI joined Go Fitness Niagara because I wanted to start a guided workout program. I have received much more than that during the past two months, since I started. The workouts are only the tip of the iceberg, the nutrition support, the encouragement, the positive energy, and Josh and Rawan’s great personality have made this experience very rewarding. I have a hard time staying motivated and committed, but I feel cared about and supported by the team that I have decided to continue beyond the 6 Week Challenge I originally signed up for. Thank you GFN from the bottom of my heart. And let’s continue with this journey to better health.

I love the variety of workouts each and every week, especially Zumba!!!😊 Josh your guidance into the right foods to fuel my body are pivotal!!! Josh is a pool of knowledge and love that I can always ask what I can eat to meet my goals. I have seen positive results and encourage people if you want to see results JOIN!!!
View on GoogleI just finished my first 6 week challenge at GFN ! I have never been to a gym before and I had never really worked out before either, so going into it I was extremely nervous. Within the first two classes all of those feelings went away, I absolutely LOVED going to the gym for my workouts every night ! I still do, and will continue to show up. I am so happy with my progress so far and am just overall a happier person ! Josh and Rawan are amazing :) They motivate you every single step of the way, and build you up with encouraging words constantly ! I have told so many people about my experience, and I will continue to do so ! This gym is truly like no other.
View on GoogleI just completed the 6 week challenge, and crushed it! This has been my very first experience in a gym of any kind, and I could not have picked a better place to start. The staff is so supportive and knowledgeable, and everyone makes it feel like a big family there! I am so proud of myself for taking a chance and losing 20+ lbs in 6 weeks and am so excited to return in the new year and keep at it! If you're on the fence, just go... first workout is free!
