Great staff, from reception to the technician! Very friendly and welcoming. Right on schedule, respectful of my time (we started a bit early actually).

Very appreciative of the staff at the GNMI location on Linwell Road in St. Catharines today. Michelle, the ultrasound tech, and Donna at reception were welcoming, patient and professional. Grateful for the kindness they showed throughout my visit.

I had a great experience at Greater Niagara Medical Imaging. The front-line staff were professional, kind, and very attentive throughout my visit. They made the process smooth, explained everything clearly, and truly showed care and compassion. Thank you to the entire team for providing excellent service and quality care - it really makes a difference for patients.

Donna is fabulous 😊 I was waiting for my daughter’s appointment and watched a difficult patient harping at her. She handled him with grace and patience. He calmed right down. It was impressive. GNMI is fortunate to have her as an employee.

I walked 20mins to this location as I dont drive. Upon entering the receptionist’ (dark red curly hair and tattoos) tone was rude and unkind. I needed an X-ray done and ultrasound at a later date and to book me in. So I sat down, 5mins later she called me up to say that the technician wasnt doing hand or wrist so I left gave me a copy of the requisition. Walked home. The receptionist then called me said where are you? I said you told me it wasnt possible I presumed it was for the xray as I was waiting. She said that was for the ultrasound. I said well why didnt you specify you made me think it was today for the X-ray and you let me leave. I said I will come back again now before 12pm as they close for lunch, before they reopen at 1pm. I ran all the way there for her to tell me it can’t be done as now they have had 2 walk- ins. Terrible customer service, I will never go back Linwell Rd location ever again!
