GNMI Medical Imaging

Just got off the phone with Caroline and she was the most wonderful receptionist! She was patient and went above-and-beyond to help me book some appointments at other GNMI locations after I explained my situation. If the world had more Carolines in it - what a truly wonderful place it would be.

The blonde, curly-haired receptionist needs to work on the way she speaks to people. She is very rude and consistently has an unpleasant tone. Every time I interact with her, she is rude. Management needs to review how customer and public service are being handled at the front desk.

The staff at the front were quick to take my information, and very pleasant. I had an Ultrasound today with Nathaniel. He was fast, efficient, caring, and had a great sense of humour. I like coming to this GNMI and have never had to wait too long.

The gentleman that took my X-ray today at 1:45 was by far the most miserable health care professional I have ever encountered. He did not even try to hide the frustration he was feeling as he barked orders at me. I would have left if it was an option to do so. I had already taken the day off work and waited just over half an hour for my name to be called. I understand that they are busy and I am sure they serve a lot of people in one day. However, this gentleman needs to be reminded that he is in the health care field and he should show some patience. I will not chose this Clinic again based on my experience today.

Nice facility. Clean all around. Parking can be low. People are always coming and going. Staff are friendly and check you in quickly. There can be a long wait for X-rays which are by walk-in only. Those with appointments do get service on time. The hallway leading to the imaging center can be hot. The waiting room of the imaging center is cool and has water. Some TVs to keep you entertained too.
