GNMI Medical Imaging

I want to recognize Kayla for her outstanding help. She made the whole process of setting up my appointment smooth and stress-free. From the start, she was incredibly positive, friendly, and welcoming. Kayla took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood everything, and genuinely made me feel comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of energy and professionalism at the same time. Thank you, Kayla, for going above and beyond it truly made a difference in my experience!

Henry has made my every ultrasound visit a wonderful experience here. He makes you feel very comfortable. He is professional and on top his humour, me and my husband both always leave the clinic laughing.

I cannot say enough good things about Henry. He has done all of my ultrasounds over the last few months and he is the perfect blend of professional and personable! He has made every pregnancy scan feel like the most special hello to our little one. He has created a medical space that feels relaxing, safe and comfortable!

To the “Owner” who responds to all the reviews… I’m not sure if the receptionist you have in your ultrasound department to the left with black hair is your family member or what but she is completely rude and unprofessional and I don’t know why you would have someone like that employed at your establishment. Instead of apologizing for her why don’t you get someone with better customer service. She only has manners for a certain kind of person, IYKYK, and then anyone else she couldn’t care less about. And the funny thing is that when I expressed my apprehension about going over there again, the receptionist at my family doctor immediately said that was not the first time she has heard this and that she doesn’t blame me for not wanting to go back there. So I ask you Owner, I don’t understand why this is an issue still? Can you talk to your employee or give her some training in empathy and kindness. Maybe she’s incapable? I don’t know.

I had a great experience with GNMI. I had came in for my 19 weeks anatomy scan- my sonographer was Henry and he was absolutely amazing. My previous ultrasounds were elsewhere and this was my first experience with GNMI - absolutely incredible experience. I was taken in on time, which was wonderful and Henry was personable, kind, patient, polite and very friendly. As a female, sometimes having a male sonographer can be uncomfortable, but he was so warm and professional i’d rather him over anyone else! He explained what he was doing, he checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable with the pressure and was just overall just a pleasant person to talk to during my ultrasound. Baby was happy and healthy and it was just a very positive visit. Exactly how you’d want to be treated and cared for as a first time mom. :) Thanks Henry!
