Rarely ever opens when they say they do. They won’t open up until the pharmacist is present, and the pharmacist doesn’t seem to care enough to show up on time. This is honestly like the 15th it’s happened to me and I’m maybe in once a week. So I’m sure it’s almost a daily occurrence. Please respect your clientele, if you can’t seem to care to show up on time, change your hours.

the best pharmacy ever! Amir,Jen,and Lisa are the best team ,work amazing individualy and as a team. phone and bedside manner are beyond expected. every single time I go there I am almost greeted with hugs it is such a friendly safe and welcoming atmosphere. cheap and reasonable prices for all products with an amazing selection. switched pharmacy's from rexall to here due to all the above. never a bad experience and fast friendly service! highly recommended! 🥰

THERE IS PHARMACY ACROSS THE ROAD!!! PHARM GLENRIDGE GO!!!! I switched to the one across the street. Here is why: The staff is terrible. If you hate it there so much, just quit. Find another job. Staff is aggressively unfriendly. Especially the one from all the reviews. I have been going there for a long time out of convenience, but I'm stopping.

Summary: - The older lady working here is unbelievably rude—she acts like answering basic questions is a personal attack and has no problem hanging up on your face right after she answers. - Her attitude is so bad it ruins the entire experience, no matter how conveniently placed the location is. - The other staff, like the Egyptian pharmacist, the young lady, and the Black lady, are great, but this one person drags the whole place down. - It’s shocking the owners haven’t dealt with this yet, even after so many complaints—it’s killing their reputation. - I’m done with this place and told my whole family to avoid it like the plague. Extended Angry Review: Other reviews have said this, but the older lady working here deserves a zero-star review if that was possible. The pharmacy itself might be located conveniently in central St. Catharines, but dealing with their front-facing customer service will make you hate that the doctor sent the prescription to them. When she answers the phone, she instantly acts like my question is a personal attack on her time. Her attitude is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She treats calls like a nuisance and even had the audacity to hang up on my face as soon as she answered the question without giving me even half a second to maybe ask another one. Just straight up hangs up on your face, which seems like regular behaviour of her based on other reviews and my conversations with friends in the neighbourhood. I get that a pharmacy can be busy, but you could deal with the situation in a million better ways with proper etiquette. Her attitude really sets the tone for the pharmacy—if the tone is ‘stay away from here.’ Honestly, hanging up on me was a blessing in disguise; it saved me from enduring another second of her charm. To be fair, the Egyptian pharmacist, the young lady, and the Black lady are all lovely and professional, which makes this one individual’s behaviour stand out even more. Unfortunately, the older lady is so repulsive with her attitude in-person and on calls that she single-handedly ruins the entire experience, in fact it will increase your blood pressure for the whole day. I’ve tolerated her long enough, but I’d rather drive further to a different pharmacy than ever deal with her again. Customer service like this doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. Avoid at all costs. No one should be customer facing if they don’t know how to do it. There’s plenty of back of house jobs in the world. To the owners that seem to ignore this problem since the reviews aren’t new: your reputation is important so don’t destroy it by putting people in the wrong positions. I have already warned my whole family about ever using this pharmacy again.

Rude woman do not even interact with her if you ever visit here just ignore her. I am not surprised to see a bunch of 1-star reviews mentioning the same lady being rude. You guys should be helpful, smile and care about your customers. Won't be coming back and will not recommend to anyone. The guy who hands in the medicines is great he is helpful.
