I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary clinic. When our dog was diagnosed with pyometra, we were sent to the local emergency care but decided to go to Glenridge Animal Hospital instead. We are glad we did as the team treated us with compassion and professionalism. The surgery went smoothly, and we were updated after the procedure, which gave us peace of mind! Our girl had surgery in the morning and we went home with her around 6pm. Before leaving, the staff walked us through medications, warning signs to watch for, and follow-up care. We are beyond grateful and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate veterinary care.

Really impressed with the care, expertise and pricing of Glenridge Animal Hospital. Dr. Rachel and team took excellent care of my dog during a rather large dental surgery. Front desk is always responsive and supportive. Entire team loves animals and it shows. All around a great experience having Glenridge Animal Hospital as our preferred vet!

My cat needed to see a vet the same day and my regular vet was booked up and short staffed. I called around to other vets but no one could fit us in. I finally contacted Glenridge Animal Hospital and they scheduled us in within 2 hrs of contacting them. The front desk girls were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Rachel was so kind and patient with my cat. She knew immediately what he needed to feel better. Both my cat and I had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Ness and the medical team performed life-saving surgery on our dog on the same day as her specialist appointment. We are forever indebted to the staff at Glenridge Animal Hospital. Everyone was caring and professional from the second we stepped into the clinic. The place is also BEAUTIFUL and serene. Very grateful that this clinic exists in the Niagara region. They also care for exotic animals including chickens. They also have the only CT scanner in the Niagara region (saves you a trip to Guelph). Wow! We are so lucky to have medical teams like this.

I’m so thankful that we brought our newly adopted cat, Merlin to Glenridge Animal hospital. Our buddy was feeling very sick when we brought him home, but Glenridge and Doctor Rachel were quick to figure out what was wrong and were so kind and understanding. They also were able to get us in right away which was super helpful. We honestly cannot thank them enough for getting our Merlin better. We’ll only be using Glenridge animal hospital from now on.
