My experience was pretty terrible right from the moment I walked in. First I stood at the front desk for quite a while until someone actually came out and greeted me. Then the lady who helped me had no social etiquette and through half ass greeting me made me think that I was perhaps interrupting her or keeping her from her job somehow, and after sitting with her and going through vacations, I gave my email and phone number for her to send me more quotes. I haven't received a call nor an email, other than generic Glenny Travel emails, but none curated to my specific dates or location. I guess they don't need business that badly. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

I arrived with my fiancée half hour before closing and the lady at the closest desk was rude and said “we are closing soon”. I said that we would like some information on Caribbean trips. She seemed rushed and took my name and email information down and said she would send me some tomorrow. That email never came. Terrible service. Don’t recommend them at all

I had an amazing experience working with Taryn! She was incredibly helpful and communicated frequently throughout the whole process. I had to make some changes to my plans, and she was super diligent and handled everything quickly and smoothly. Her attention to detail and great service made the entire trip planning process stress-free. I’ll definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip!

These folks are really helpful planning your trip! Deanna and Karly in particular have been tremendous. They are knowledgeable and efficient. They try to get you the best bang for your buck. We will continue to seek their assistance with future travel plans.

This is a very delayed review but we had a great experience working with Karlee for our honeymoon last fall in the UK and Ireland. We had some specific sporting events we needed planning around and we had zero worry with Karlee taking care of booking some great hotels and taking care of all the flights, airport transfers and car rentals, so we could enjoy planning all the personalized activities. We did have to check-in right before for some final vouchers/confirmations but it was all taken care of which was nice.
