I had the best experience with my shellac French pedicure. Kelly was awesome did exactly what I asked for and I had my appointment within 15 minutes of calling .. was a Tuesday and it was busy . I will go back there and always get Kelly. I just think haters should stay quiet. Nothing better to do that nit pick .. .. you’re not actually providing a public Service with your on line complaints you’re just looking like unhappy people. No one or no business could make you happy.

Enjoyable for me little les so for my sister but looked great.

Had a pedicure today. She cut my toenail and made it bleed. Very painful. The manager didn’t even say a word. At the checkout, the girl who caused my injury said she’d give me a discount. Are you kidding? She shouldn’t have charged me anything. Again, the manager was silent. I paid and left. My toe is now very sore. My doctor will need to see this.

The WORST manicure of my life. I called prior and asked if they Could do two manicures with just regular polish (I want a break from shellac because my nails are splitting and so frail) this was suppose to be a fun Friday eve with my sister. So we are told go into the back two chairs. The guy put the hand soaking plastic container down so I soaked my hand for no more than 30 seconds, and then he started. About three snips were cut from my cuticles, and he filed nails and started to paint. The manicure part lasted about 1 min. I was in shock that this point. The nail Polish was thick and going on finger nails in chunks. I was even more disappointe. My sister saw that there were small parts not painted on the side of the nail, and it was far from the cuticle so she said something. The guy put more goop on the nail. My hands were put under the fan and my sister told me she does not want to get the service done. She pulled the lady over and said the point of the manicure was to clean up the cuticle so the Polish sits properly. They told me that I do not have to pay. I put the 20$ on the table. Why offer a service (manicure with regular Polish) if you can not do the job correctly. I felt rushed (maybe because it was not as much as the other services) not everybody want shellac It had destroyed my real nails, so I wanted a break. They lost 2 potential good client’s, who tip well. I can honestly say in my 37 years, this was by far the worst nail salon experience. It was the male who works there, I did not get his name.

I got gel nails done on Dec 14 and had a great experience! The salon is clean, friendly staff, and good idea to detail. I paid $40 for the shellac, I had added a dip layer underneath to protect my nails as well. I recommend if you’re looking for a manicure, can’t wait to go back!
