Doctor himself is 5 stars. Absolutely amazing practitioner, very knowledgeable, compassionate and witty. His office staff experience is the opposite. I have to call hundreds of times to get ahold of anyone during posted office hours. Literally dial, wait for answering machine, redial for as long as 20 minutes to get anyone to answer. They say their office hours on the machine, but the reality is they block all phone calls for an hour after opening, an hour before lunch, an hour after lunch using the answering machine. It feels like they are reachable for 2 hours at most during a work day. The staff also pick up and then immediately hang up the phone and put on the answering machine. Have had this happen and the staff member missed, and could hear them joking around in the background instead of answering the phone.

Been a client my whole life, absolutely impossible to get a hold of. No answering machine or second phone, no email, no answer during posted open times. Months of calling on the regular to get an answer.

The doctor is great and deserves 5 stars. But it's impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office. Just called and an answering machine picked up saying they were closed during their posted hours. Called a second time and it seemed like they let it ring, picked the phone up and hung up. Kind of ridiculous considering the amount of tax money that goes into people providing this service.

The nicest staff work here, they’re always so welcoming and pretty good with answering the phone. Dr Girard is a great listener and genuinely wants to help you get better! I’ve switched between a few doctors and he’s my best experience by far
