Welland Giant Tiger is so welcoming with amazing staff, a girl named MJ on friday i came in had amazing customer service and made me laugh! She was the best and highlight of my day!

Welland GianTiger has the best staff ! Linda is a gem !! She is always ready with a big smile and takes care of my Blind mom with care for the past 5 years. Store is always organized and clean. Keep up the great work.

Friendly staff in a large, typical GT sized store. Plenty of parking always, with EV charging. Usually a well stocked, quiet store with quick, cashier checkout. Cons: 1:Self checkout is usually unavailable unless busy, in which case there's 1 staff member for helping 3 self checkouts. I'd prefer to have self checkout available all the time. 2: As much as I appreciate the generosity of help, sometimes there's only 1 self checkout open, but you have a staff member running it, scanning your items and bagging. Well, One reason I like self checkouts is so that I can be left to scan and organize on my own as I'm capable and quick. By all means hover and watch for theft, but give us the choice to use the self checkouts on our own please. 👍👍🤠👍

While picking up a few items here at GT I noticed an employee of GT older women with short really blonde hair and tinted glasses working as an employee shout out to another employee whom was a young Indian man as she shouted almost to embarrass him or put him down that he missed changing out a price tag on an item. It was unprofessional and very disrespectful based on her tone and as he goes to take care of it this lady (perhaps a manager) is discussing it with another female employee on the floor and I could tell what she was saying wasn't too nice! .....Shame on you the owner of GT if this older woman is a manager because she is the furthest thing from being professional. She takes authority to a whole new level and you can tell she enjoyed it! She would be suspended and stripped of her managers position if I were the owner cause it was uncalled for in my honest opinion.......next time maybe have her pull the young man aside quietly and tell him but never discuss it with another employee!
