Giant Tiger

Poor customer service. It was a quiet afternoon in the store at 4:30 pm. I rang the bell for access to fitting room, waiting a minute before ringing again. No one responded to the bell. I tried 5 times. Very disappointment to see 2 cashiers, with one sitting looking very bored with not a customer in sight.

Was a very big store in my old homested Fonthill ont.better stuff and cheeper then others.im from Niagara falls Ontario .

Just experienced the worst customer service I've ever seen the big lady with tattoos and dark hair 4:20 p.m. December 27th... So rude to the nice little old lady in front of me that wished her a Merry Christmas and she looked at her like she had three heads and said Christmas is over... It's a shame cuz generally the staff at this store are very friendly... I should have said something but it would cause a scene I wish I'd stayed and asked for a manager but I see there's other complaints about this individual and nothing's been done

Black hair tattoo lady cashier is always grumpy and kinda rude

Love GT Boutique! They have a great variety of clothes for all, Women, children and men including work wear all at reasonable prices. I do wish their VIP program was worth something. Online points or saving coupons or something. I dislike that the local Welland store has decreased their hours. Forces me to go to other locations even though I prefer our store better.
