General Motors St. Catharines Propulsion Plant

Worst managed plant I have ever seen. The management should be fired.

Please add a charger station for non GM, we can charge our car there.

I delivered and picked up at this plant couple times now. I would arrive about 30 minutes before my window time for delivery or pick up I would present myself to the staff there professionally having my PPE on and so on. On my load confirmation, it would indicate that this is a “hot load” and be there on time. I would show up, present myself to the doc person showing my paperwork and he would tell me “to wait outside and I will come and get you. This happened quite frequently. I would waited up to three hours before he came and knocked on my door. There’s no wonder why truckers get upset with the personnel here. We are humans as well and need to be treated with respect. If I could give this factory star minus I would. If you feel my pain spread the word that this factory is not friendly to the trucker. And just maybe something will positively happened.

Last few visits were awesome. This visit, the gentleman was on phone at every available turn, didn't check tire pressure until I asked if he did, didn't check washer fluid. If this gentleman does not like his job, leave n let someone else take his place. Paid for my service n left.

Ramp 7 people are crazy . They are just sitting around and talking to each other . But if you asked how long does it going to take , they simply say , its gonna take a while . They dont care about appointment times . I will go with negative reviews.
