they dont give a hoot. they dont deal with the people that cause trouble. since gateway took over canalview it has been downhill since.

I believe in this organization and the help they do offer people in need who are struggling in whatever it may be!?The problem with society is simple No one really cares about the other person but what they do Care a lot about is the Almighty Dollar (the root of all Evil) especially when it comes down to the everyday landlord or even the common Slumlord which there are plenty of them out there!!So basically it is not a matter of compassion or caring or understanding out in the so called real world it has Zero effect on the tenant yet as long as they get there fill of currency they are Happy and really could care less about the condition of the property nor the condition or situation of the people living there trying to survive the best they can!?People in this world with good income and not so many problems to deal with or never had to struggle really have No idea or even much of a Heart to show any kind of respect or emotion or understanding towards them!?Take away there loot and give them a bunch of hardship and I’ll bet you will see a whole different person if they can even handle the slightest bit of it if not fall down faster than you think?!!!!

Gateway placed a tenant in my building and the apartment was completely destroyed. For a whole year, until the eviction, my life was a living hell. Constant issues with police, bylaw enforcement, and threats to my life. I had to pay the adjacent tenants to leave for their own safety. The tenant was evicted previously for the same reasons. I cant imagine Gateway not knowing this would happen. Gateway provided no assistance with the repairs.

All Landlords be aware if you ever get a call from this company. They have clients who are mostly homeless, drug edicts etc. You will be contacted and they will not disclose the bad side of there client. Once tenant is in your unit, your placed will be thrashed with in couple of months, constant cops visits etc, they will abndoned you and will move the client to next Building and process will carry on. They will not pay for any damages and you will be screwed and there management will not give a damn about your place at all. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND SPREAD THE WORD.......THANKS.
