Fixed my shattered iPhone 14 back glass in 2 hours for a fair price, I highly recommend. They’re also open 9-9pm and located across from Niagara university on Queen street, Niagara Falls.

I gave 2 stars because I like Garfield but he game me shit earphones which were not apple and broke after 3 songs… he told me they were “100% apple” but they just broke ☹️

Me and my wife went to you guys last night said you can fix her issue. Turns out , you guys broke her phone, the back of her phone is not able to come off and shouldn't and it fell off , we also asked you numerous times to not delete any pictures or important stuff as you said , you would just try to update software , you wiped her phone clean right back to a factory reset(default) had to buy a new phone wich cost her more money in the long run lost massive Memorial pictures and court documents that was very important stuff, the man that runs the shop is very rude always hangs up on you when you're trying to talk to him doesn't want to help while you try to explain the issue , just says 'yea yea no no .. " and will talk over you and try to tell you that the issue your trying to explain isn't the issue , all ended up costing her a new phone and breaking her other phone .

Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all electronics. The store is super clean. They've got most reasonable prices. I got my phone serviced here within an hour. I will be definitely coming back here again and I definitely recommend this store for everyone. Thank you Garfield Gadgets.

My son had a phone charging issue while we were on vacation. These guys were friendly and helpful. They cleaned the charging port and directed us to a wireless charger that would help us get it working again. Courteous, knowledgeable, and didn't upsell.
