I took my non-functional 8-year-old Honda HRX in for service during Spring busy season, expecting to wait a while to get it back or be told it was unrepairable. Much to my surprise, I got a callback within a week, telling me the repairs were completed. The mower now starts easily and runs great, and the bill was very reasonable. Definitely will be taking my mower back to this shop for future service.

Took my 25 year old lawn mower in for a tune up. The tune-up was well under way when they noticed a catastrophic failure to the drive system. I advised that mower is too old to fix. They only charged me for an estimate fee even though the mechanic had extra hours tied into it. I thought this was quite fair.

Called them for parts for my Honda mower I bought from them about 7 years ago they were busy took my number to call me back and never did. 2 months later I called again and they were somewhat rude and wouldn't order the part till I came there and pre paid no credit card over the phone. I will order my parts on line they don't seem to want my business.

Absolute thief’s! Do not trust these people with any of your equipment. Took my snowblower to them under warranty claims as directed by craftsman and they did not tell me once that it would be covered under warranty and did the repairs without my consent. Then gave me a bill for over $100 without informing me that it will costs this much. Never trusting these people again.

Called looking for a replacement part for our lawn mower without knowing the actual part name and number. They helped me to locate all the numbers on the mower needed to identify the part. Luckily, it was in stock and we were able to pick it up, install it and finish cutting the lawn that same afternoon. Their knowledge and service was much appreciated.
