Garden City Dental - St.Catharines Dentist

What a fabulous office! Always such kind, friendly front-desk ladies welcoming me when I walk through the door. Rachel is a fantastic hygienist - she’s quick and gentle, and I always leave with my teeth sparkling. All the employees here are so nice and friendly. Dr. Woon-Fat is incredibly gentle and thorough, and I always love hearing Dr. DiPaola’s jokes. Always such a wonderful experience at Garden City Dental - I couldn’t recommend them enough!

The worst customer service experience you will ever have. The front desk staff are rude, condescending, argumentative, extremely combative, and have bigger attitudes than teenagers. I asked for their office manager to call me to discuss what had happened. I waited and no one called me back. Meanwhile this office continues to harass me and ask for me to come back for a cleaning. They only care about the money. Also it’s disgusting in that office, I question the sanitation and will never go back. Having literal plastic shower curtain tarps hanging everywhere and a million cheap “air purifiers” from Amazon is not a good look.

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! Dr. Kevin is absolutely amazing—so friendly, professional, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and really makes sure you’re informed and at ease. The entire team is just as wonderful—every single staff member is warm, polite, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their patients.

I had an amazing last few visits at the Garden City Dental. Staff are really nice ,friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kevin and Dr. Monica were really professional and made it super easy for me to get the teeth cleaned. They have very advanced equipment which makes it easier not to feel pain during the procedure which is awesome. I am super impressed with the work they do to help keep our teeth forever. I will be recommending this to my friends and family! Great job to everyone that works there and made my last few visits comfortable and amazing!

As you walk in the door the staff that welcomes you are amazing. They are so helpful with the insurance coverage information and make appointments work with my schedule. Dr. Kevin is a great dentist who not only has the skills but is also concerned with how I’m dealing with the procedure. I’ve had my share of dental work thanks to my Dads weak teeth so I know a good dentist. I’ve had fillings, root canals & recently a crown. The crown was made on site in 20 minutes & the 3D imaging camera to design it perfectly was incredible. Kevin & the staff have helped me so much over the years.. I’m grateful. Tyler Alexander
