If you’re looking for a true taste of Jamaica while relaxing at Sherkston Shores, Garden Breeze is a must-visit. I had the jerk chicken with rice and peas, and it was absolutely packed with flavour. The chicken was tender, juicy, and had just the right kick of spice. For those with a milder spice tolerance, I highly recommend the Smokey Sandwich — a sweet and tangy piece of chicken that’s still rich in flavour without the heat. My personal favourite, though, is the oxtail with rice and peas. It’s cooked to perfection — fall-off-the-bone tender and full of that deep, comforting flavour that makes you close your eyes with every bite. The owner is the heart of this place. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does — not only through the quality of the food but also in her warm and welcoming service. She’s friendly, passionate, and truly makes you feel at home. A small heads-up: come early! The food is so good that it sometimes sells out, depending on the day. But it’s absolutely worth the trip — you won’t be disappointed.
